Jericho Tennis Club (3837 Point Grey Road, Vancouver, BC, V6R 1B3) is a beautiful, beachfront, recreational facility located on the southern shore of Burrard Inlet in the city of Vancouver. It is one of the Lower Mainland's premier clubs in the Southwestern region of the Province of British Columbia, and has a history dating back to the early 1900's.
Jericho Tennis Club offers high-quality facilities to a wide range of members. The Club is run by a volunteer Board of Directors elected from within the membership and from professional management staff, and is assisted by sports professional staff. The Club is staffed and open from 6 am to 12:30 am, Mondays to Thursdays, and open until 1:30 am on Fridays and weekends.
The playing membership at Jericho has the use of 12 international standard tennis courts, 8 of which are "Rebound Ace" surface courts and the remainder of which are hard courts. The seasonal change of Vancouver's climate near the end of the year, prompts the raising of bubbles which cover 8 heated courts for winter time use.
The squash playing membership also enjoys the use of 4 international size singles squash courts. There is a broad range of events through the club membership such as box leagues and social play evenings, and tournaments with local, inter-provincial, as well as international participants. The squash membership is thriving and welcomes new members.
